Tale of the Tape: Chase Lundt
Film analysis of the Buffalo Bills' 2025 sixth-round draft selection.
The Buffalo Bills invested a sixth-round selection in the 2025 NFL Draft in Chase Lundt, an offensive tackle from UConn. A Texas native, Lundt spent six years with the Huskies program, including a redshirt year in 2019 and the 2020 season, which was cancelled because of the pandemic.
Lundt measures 6 feet 7 ¼” and 303 pounds with a wingspan of 77 ¾” and 9 ⅝” hands. He ran a 5.40 in the 40-yard dash and has a Relative Athleticism Score of 6.45 out of 10.
Lundt appeared in and started 49 games in college, all at the right tackle position.
What does Lundt’s college film reveal about his skill set? How can he help the Bills' offense? What concerns are there? The answers are always in the tape.
As the Bills draft players, I intend to provide film breakdowns here in the Herd Mentality Substack that detail each player's skill set. Without further ado, let’s dive into the tape!
