Josh Allen Weekly: 2024 Entering the Divisional Round Edition
Examining Josh Allen's 2024 playoff metrics to assess trends and measure his performance.
For the fifth consecutive season, Josh Allen has led the Buffalo Bills to the Divisional Round of the playoffs and continued to develop one of the most impressive postseason resumes in NFL History.
Already the all-time leader in yards and touchdowns per game in playoff games while boasting the lowest interception percentage ever among quarterbacks with at least 20 touchdown passes, Allen is now the league’s all-time leader in rushing yards in the playoffs by a quarterback.
In Buffalo’s 31-7 win over the Denver Broncos, Allen tied Hall of Famers Peyton Manning, Joe Montana, and Kurt Warner for the most postseason games with a 135+ passer rating in NFL history. Allen also passed Jim Kelly for the most passing touchdowns in franchise playoff history.
‘Josh Allen Weekly’ continues through the postseason, where I will compare Allen’s metrics against the other playoff quarterbacks and highlight areas that differ significantly from the norms of the regular season.
