Buffalo Bills-Specific 2025 NFL Draft Big Board
Joe Marino’s prospect rankings for the 2025 NFL Draft.
Draft week is finally here, and the hay is finally in the barn when it comes to pre-draft evaluations, so it’s time to release my 2025 NFL Draft Big Board.
Below you will find two boards. The first is my Buffalo Bills-specific horizontal board, which is by far the most important one. This board includes all of the prospects I evaluated that are logical scheme fits at positions of need for the Buffalo Bills. It emphasizes cornerbacks, defensive tackles, defensive ends, field-stretching wide receivers, homerun-hitting running backs, middle-round linebackers, middle-round tight ends, and a few prospects at safety and offensive line sprinkled in that I like.
The second board is a vertical list of every prospect that I evaluated for the 2025 NFL Draft. The prospects are listed in order of my overall preference, without regard to a specific team or scheme.
As you navigate these boards, please keep in mind that they reflect my personal evaluations of the prospects and are not intended to be predictive. They are my own grades and assessments of how I personally value the prospects.
I evaluated 161 prospects for the 2025 NFL Draft. If they are not included below, then I did not evaluate that player. If the Bills select a player not included below, I will evaluate them before discussing their skill set on Locked On Bills or here in the Herd Mentality Substack.
Lastly, it is essential that you understand the meaning of each “tier.”
Top Half R1: Upside to become an elite starter.
Bottom Half R1: Upside to become an impact starter.
Round 2: Upside to become a good-to-quality starter.
Round 3: Upside to become a good starter or key role player.
Round 4/5: Developmental depth with starter appeal.
Round 6/7: Upside to become a baseline depth player.
I hope you will find this a useful resource to accompany you during the draft, and I look forward to breaking everything down for you both during and after the event. Paid subscribers will get “Tale of the Tape” film breakdowns on every player the Bills select in the days following the draft.

Thanks, been looking forward to this. It got me hooked on your podcast last year. You do a great job in wetting the appetite for Bills football all year long.
Now that we know that Max is guy, what makes you think that he will succeed where Kaiir failed?
